PAYMENTS

All pricing options (including instalment options and memberships) are detailed and shown within this Website.

You understand that You must take full responsibility for payments and adhere to the payment terms detailed upon purchase of the Programme.

If you miss one payment in relation to purchase of the Programme, You understand that You will receive an email to the address You used upon signing up, advising You that Your payment has failed and that any subsequent payment failures will result in Your access to the Programme and/or sessions/groups being revoked until payments are up to date.

 

REFUNDS

You understand that refunds are NOT offered at any time, whether upon purchase, during or after completion of and/or subscription to this Programme.

If at any point there is an extreme emergency, family crisis, illness or natural disaster that would directly affect Your ability to participate at any point in the Programme, You may send an email to [email protected] with all necessary information about Your situation.  You understand that any refund in relation to any of the above is at the discretion of Valeria Silva.
